About the Role
Our client is a home product seller. They use earth-friendly products to create remarkable pieces such as fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, wood-burning stoves, etc. They are seeking an experienced full-time Designer to join their team.

This role values forward-thinking candidates who are exploring or currently using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to elevate creative output, streamline workflows, and inspire innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution: Develop and deliver high-quality designs for a variety of projects including print materials, digital ads, social content, email campaigns, product brochures, sales tools, presentations, e-mail campaigns, and more.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy and engage target audiences.
Digital Marketing Support: Create and maintain a strong visual presence across social media channels through engaging graphics, campaigns, and branded content. Design and execute email marketing assets that drive engagement and support lead generation initiatives.
Video Content Creation: Develop, edit, and optimize short-form video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, product promotion, and brand awareness initiatives. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling is highly desirable.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to bring creative solutions to life that support business goals.
Production Oversight: Prepare press-ready files, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the accuracy and quality of all final deliverables.
Creative Innovation: Take part in concept development and brainstorming sessions. Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance performance and brand engagement—including the use of generative design tools and AI-assisted creative platforms.
Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects with efficiency and flexibility, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities with ease.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: 3–5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship), with a proven track record of delivering results across both digital and print platforms.
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential; experience with Figma, Canva, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, or Midjourney is highly valued.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio that shows design ability, creative thinking, and versatility across media platforms and channels.
