Client Overview: Our client is a leading organization within the beauty and retail industry, focused on delivering innovative products and driving growth through strong partnerships with major retail channels.

**You must have hands-on experience supporting major beauty retail accounts, specifically Sephora and Ulta Beauty.

Role Overview: The Key Account Coordinator plays a critical support role for strategic retail accounts by assisting with account operations, sales analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This position helps ensure the successful execution of business initiatives, promotional programs, and product launches while maintaining strong internal and external communication.

Key Account Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support for key retail account activities.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts, business reviews, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate product introductions, promotional campaigns, and assortment changes with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage item setup information, pricing updates, and promotional schedules to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor purchase orders, inventory status, and shipment timelines to support on-time execution.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and retail partners to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on sales trends, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain account records, and assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.

Key Account Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with retail, consumer goods, or beauty industry accounts is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
