Marketing Consultant
Our healthcare client is seeking a marketing consultant. This role is responsible for evaluating and executing client-specific marketing requests. The position requires exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a large, rotating portfolio of projects at once. The ideal candidate is comfortable having conversations with internal and external stakeholders, simplifying complex ideas into compelling recommendations, and driving campaigns from upfront strategy through execution and performance measurement—often in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
• Recommend standard and configurable marketing campaigns in ways that feel personalized to each client’s data, goals, and population needs.
• Provide consistently excellent customer service through responsiveness, professionalism, and reliable follow through.
• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders through clear communication and thoughtful guidance.
• Lead discussions with confidence, influence without authority, and guide stakeholders toward high impact marketing solutions.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
• Present insights, strategies, and campaign recommendations clearly and persuasively to account teams and clients.
• Leverage best practices in digital and interactive engagement to increase reach, relevance, and resonance.
• Support member marketing campaigns across full suite of programs.
• Identify and document emerging best practices to continually raise performance benchmarks.
Project Management & Cross Functional Collaboration
• Manage a rotating list of marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
• Lead upfront discussions with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
• Provide execution oversight while partnering with project management support to drive day to day delivery.
• Provide direction to partners to ensure coordinated, effective execution.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high number of projects and tasks concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a highly matrixed organization and access resources beyond an immediate team.
• Demonstrated success working in roles with ambiguous direction and evolving priorities.
