Marketing Coordinator

A growing organization in the manufacturing and commercial interiors industry is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining content creation, graphic design, product marketing, event coordination, and day-to-day execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you can quickly absorb product information, turn features into clear customer-facing messaging, and create polished materials across digital and print channels, this role offers strong variety and visibility. You’ll contribute to campaigns, social media, email marketing, sales support materials, trade show preparation, and special events while helping maintain brand consistency across touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and play an important role in keeping projects organized, creative assets moving, and marketing efforts aligned with broader business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write clear, engaging copy for digital and print marketing materials
  • Support email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and mailing list maintenance
  • Help manage social media content planning, scheduling, and execution across platforms
  • Create graphics and visual assets for brochures, email, web, presentations, social media, and trade shows
  • Assist with product marketing initiatives by translating product details into compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Develop sales support materials such as one sheets, cut sheets, product sheets, and training resources
  • Support product launches, campaigns, showroom initiatives, and broader marketing projects
  • Manage marketing materials within content management systems and assist with asset uploads and organization
  • Coordinate logistics and support for trade shows, events, presentations, team activities, and special programs
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to keep projects moving forward
  • Apply digital marketing and SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement
  • Provide administrative support related to marketing operations and project coordination

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills
  • Experience with content marketing, copywriting, email marketing, and social media execution
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfort translating technical or product-related information into easy-to-understand marketing content
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
  • Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills
  • A portfolio showcasing both writing and graphic design work
  • Background in furniture, manufacturing, architecture/design, or related industries
