You’ll join a collaborative team environment where creativity, organization, and follow-through matter. The role offers broad exposure across content creation, campaign support, brand messaging, visual asset development, social media, events, and sales enablement

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Location: Ontario, California
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and industry events

What You’ll Do:

  • Write clear, engaging copy for digital and print marketing materials
  • Support product launches, campaigns, showroom initiatives, and marketing projects
  • Create graphics and visual assets for brochures, email, web, presentations, social media, and trade shows
  • Help plan, schedule, and monitor social and digital content across platforms
  • Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and audience segments
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and leadership
  • Apply SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve visibility and engagement
  • Manage marketing materials within content management systems and support asset uploads
  • Assist with trade shows, events, presentations, training materials, and product demonstrations
  • Turn technical product details into clean, compelling, customer-focused messaging

What We’re Looking:

  • For3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills
  • Experience with content marketing, copywriting, and social media execution
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and social scheduling platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Comfort translating technical information into easy-to-understand marketing content
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

  • Mailchimp experience
  • Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills
  • A portfolio that showcases both writing and graphic design work
  • Industry experience in furniture, manufacturing, architecture/design, or related spaces
