We’re seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Specialty & Wellness Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of healthcare, wellness, and specialty-service clients. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and has strong experience with campaign trafficking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Execute and traffic multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, paid media, social, and direct mail channels
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
Serve as a key marketing partner supporting B2B and B2B2C client marketing programs
Enter and manage projects within Workfront and other campaign management tools
Coordinate campaign execution with internal stakeholders, agencies, and client teams
Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
Support strategic marketing initiatives through project plans, presentations, timelines, and execution support
Develop targeted marketing programs to drive consumer applications, engagement, retention, and purchase volume
Create and manage marketing content including emails, partner toolkits, one-pagers, webinars, and case studies
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Hands-on Workfront experience is required and critical to success in this role
Experience managing campaign trafficking, timelines, approvals, and project workflows
Strong background supporting digital-first marketing initiatives
B2B marketing experience required; B2B2C experience strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Experience within healthcare, wellness, specialty services, or financial services industries
Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Understanding of paid media, email marketing, customer journeys, and campaign measurement
Strong project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
