Marketing Project Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and on-site channels. This person will work closely with marketing, creative, digital, and property teams to keep initiatives organized, aligned, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage campaign plans, workback schedules, meetings, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate internal partners and outside vendors across creative, digital, production, media, and events.
  • Turn business priorities into clear creative and campaign briefs.
  • Support channel planning across paid media, public relations, email, mobile, web, and social platforms.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, deliverables, and potential risks throughout each project.
  • Maintain project activity and documentation in a workflow management platform.
  • Review campaign results, identify opportunities to improve performance, and share learnings with stakeholders.
  • Help ensure a consistent customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, account management, project management, or a related function.
  • Background leading multi-channel marketing programs from planning through execution.
  • Strong organization, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Comfort working with project management tools, campaign reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands is a plus.
