We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, Growth & Retention to support the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across a digital ecosystem.
This role focuses on understanding customer behavior and delivering relevant, personalized communications that enhance the member experience and drive meaningful engagement. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives through best-in-class CRM programs.
The ideal candidate has experience in CRM or digital marketing, is highly organized, and brings a data-driven approach to campaign execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies across key customer moments.
- Manage day-to-day communications across digital channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring messaging is relevant, timely, and personalized.
- Translate business objectives into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging and journeys.
- Support always-on and triggered marketing programs that drive engagement and retention.
- Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, including briefing, creative reviews, and quality assurance.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop and refine messaging and assets.
- Support testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continuously optimize performance.
- Support the execution of personalized campaigns and offers using customer insights and past performance data.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communications through improved use of data and marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics, including engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Partner with Analytics teams to better understand customer behavior and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve lifecycle journeys, messaging strategies, and the overall customer experience.
- Stay current on CRM and lifecycle marketing best practices to support ongoing innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Experience supporting campaign execution in a cross-functional environment and coordinating deliverables.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, or similar channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and generate insights.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual English and French is an asset.
