Job description

We’re hiring a Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, data-driven strategy, and creating campaigns that generate real business results, we’d love to connect.

In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll work with a variety of clients, manage multiple accounts, and help scale campaigns that drive leads and revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies for clients across multiple industries
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Create audience strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based segmentation
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions
  • Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns efficiently
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Participate in client calls to discuss results, strategy, and next steps
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, PPC, and marketing teams to align campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of paid social advertising experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Proven success generating leads and measurable ROI
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Bonus Points

  • Experience in legal, healthcare, finance, home services, or other lead generation industries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution tracking
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity platforms
