We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, launch, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns for a high-volume live events portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong platform knowledge with creative instincts, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for music, nightlife, pop culture, and live entertainment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns for upcoming events using Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor performance and make data-informed optimizations using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPR, conversion rate, and ticket sales.
  • Maintain and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and other relevant channels.
  • Test and refine creative, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures to improve results.
  • Partner with social media and marketing teammates to brainstorm, develop, and edit static and video ad creative.
  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms to support creative production.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize tracking pixels, ticketing integrations, and other attribution sources.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and communicate performance insights, opportunities, and risks to the marketing team.
  • Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies within events and entertainment.

What You’ll Bring

  • One to two years of experience building or managing digital advertising campaigns; relevant internships are welcome.
  • Hands-on familiarity with paid social and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience creating or adapting static and video creative for digital campaigns.
  • A thoughtful point of view on paid media for music, nightlife, entertainment, or culture-driven brands.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort working across many active campaigns at once.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Passion for live events, music, and pop culture; interest in emo, disco, Broadway, indie, or K-pop is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

  • Collaborative team culture, including team outings and happy hours.
  • Hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities with senior marketing leadership.
  • Flexible scheduling and paid sick time.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits after one year of employment.
  • Concert access and up to $100 per month in ticket reimbursement when guest-list access is unavailable.
