PDP / eCommerce Stylist
Location: NYC (Onsite Studio)
Duration: 3–6 months (ASAP start)
Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled PDP / eCommerce Stylist to support a fast-paced, high-output studio environment. This role requires someone who has worked day in and day out in PDP production for large-scale retailers and can hit the ground running—no training provided.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter, detail-oriented, and organized stylist who thrives in a high-volume setting and understands the full PDP workflow from sample intake to final shot delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-model and flat lay styling across a high-volume PDP pipeline (including kids, adult, and plus categories)
- Prepare and manage product samples—steaming, organizing, tracking, and ensuring all items are photo-ready
- Work closely with producers, photographers, and production teams to maintain efficient shoot flow
- Partner with production on sample tracking, scanning, and coding processes
- Ensure garments are styled accurately—understanding how each piece should properly fit and photograph
- Troubleshoot and adjust in real time (e.g., incorrect fit, pinning, steaming, garment fixes)
- Maintain consistency across PDP imagery to meet brand and merchandising standards
- Support optional editorial styling opportunities, as bandwidth allows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working as a PDP / eCommerce stylist in high-output environments
- Comfortable working in a structured studio workflow with tight deadlines and repetitive processes
- Deep understanding of PDP production systems and shoot lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple samples, looks, and SKUs simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with on-model styling (priority), in addition to flat lays
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and autonomously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong network and ability to source and manage samples effectively
- Positive attitude with a team-first, get-it-done mindset
