  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor, delivering clear communication, thoughtful counsel, and actionable performance reporting.
  • Translate cultural trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments into forward-looking communications strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, audience insights, and measurable performance goals.

Public Relations & Media

  • Leverage and expand top-tier media relationships to secure meaningful coverage across beauty, business, trade, lifestyle, and culture outlets.
  • Oversee development of messaging, press releases, executive communications, pitches, and media materials.
  • Drive proactive storytelling, strategic partnerships, and culturally relevant moments that elevate brand visibility.
  • Guide teams in securing high-value editorial opportunities, founder features, podcasts, panels, speaking engagements, and emerging-platform placements.

Influencer, Talent & VIP Relations

  • Lead influencer and talent strategy, including casting, negotiations, seeding programs, campaign execution, and earned media value performance.
  • Oversee always-on and campaign-based programs across key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Use influencer marketing platforms and analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and provide client recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with artists, tastemakers, agents, managers, and industry partners.

Experiential & Partnerships

  • Lead events, brand activations, and strategic partnership programs from concept through execution.
  • Drive media, artist, influencer, and talent attendance through thoughtful outreach and post-event coverage strategies.
  • Identify innovative collaborations that expand brand reach and cultural relevance.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, production partners, and deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members across multiple levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Support onboarding, training, workflow planning, and operational excellence across accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive campaign development and execution across teams and markets.
  • Oversee reporting, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and optimization recommendations across workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in public relations, communications, or brand marketing; beauty industry agency or in-house experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated PR, influencer, talent, and experiential campaigns.
  • Experience managing artistry sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the digital beauty landscape, social platform best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends.
  • Experience using influencer marketing and analytics platforms such as Tribe, Traackr, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
  • Established media, influencer, talent, and industry relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, creative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
