Product Manager
Our agency client is seeking a Freelance Product Manager to drive cross-functional product delivery, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning for a high-visibility business initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional who can operate as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translate priorities into actionable requirements, and keep delivery efforts on track across multiple workstreams.
The Product Manager will partner with business leaders, engineering leads, and delivery stakeholders to manage priorities, communicate timelines, and support successful execution. This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable in a hybrid Product Owner/Product Manager capacity, excels at communication and influence, and can help teams move from ambiguity to clarity without needing to be a deep domain specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Gather, refine, and communicate business requirements into clear product priorities.
- Coordinate with development leads to track progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and help drive decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Support planning, roadmap discussions, and execution updates for leadership and partner teams.
- Ensure delivery goals remain aligned with business expectations and operational realities.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a blended PO/PM role.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working closely with engineering and delivery teams in agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to represent timelines, delivery needs, and business priorities with clarity and confidence.
- Comfort working in a client-facing or consulting-style engagement model.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in enterprise environments within financial services, healthcare, or insurance-related business domains.
- Background supporting large, matrixed teams with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in hybrid onsite environments and navigate structured onboarding requirements.
