Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee apparel production from purchase order through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple vendors and deadlines, and knows how to keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the production process.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full production lifecycle from order placement to delivery.
- Track calendars, milestones, and work in progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with vendors, factories, and internal teams to maintain smooth production flow.
- Coordinate approvals for trims, color, fit, packaging, and final production readiness.
- Identify and resolve issues that may affect timing, quality, or delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and support process improvements.
- Work closely with design, development, logistics, quality, and sales teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in apparel production.
- Background managing multiple vendors and overlapping timelines.
- Knowledge of garment construction, trims, production calendars, and approvals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production environments.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or similar production systems is a plus.
