Creative Project Coordinator (Contract)

Contract: 7 Months
Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/hour

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to support creative project execution, workflow management, and asset coordination. This role will manage project intake, maintain Workfront workflows, coordinate creative assets, perform quality checks, and support the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creative requests and workflows in Adobe Workfront.

• Track project status, timelines, and assignments.

• Coordinate assets and follow up with stakeholders.

• Perform first-pass proofreading and QA of creative deliverables.

• Make minor updates in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator/InDesign).

• Organize files and maintain digital asset management systems.

• Schedule meetings, communicate project updates, and support creative production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative project coordination, marketing operations, or agency support.

• Experience supporting a creative team or creative project environment.

• Strong Adobe Workfront experience (required).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator/InDesign).

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.

• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay Rate: $30.00-$40.00/hour
