  • Coordinate projects involving fixtures, focal displays, outposts, launch pads, endcaps, towers, and other in-store merchandising formats.

  • Partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, regional teams, and external vendors to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain a departmental calendar for global permanent and secondary placements, including estimated launch dates, production deadlines, and market-specific requirements.

  • Coordinate the development, revision, and distribution of visual merchandising toolkits, installation guides, fixture drawings, planograms, and field communications.
  • Support new retail door openings, renovations, and refreshes by coordinating fixture orders, graphics, product testers, installation materials, and field readiness.
  • Track project budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and production expenses in partnership with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement; proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support implementation of software platforms by gathering, organizing, and maintaining fixture, product, and template drawings for initial setup and ongoing use.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, asset trackers, and post-launch recaps.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising materials and executions reflect brand standards, retailer requirements, and regional market needs.

Requirements

  • Experience managing visual merchandising, retail operations, store design, fixture development, or retail marketing projects.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with retail partners, field teams, external production vendors, fabricators, and installation partners.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working across domestic and international markets and adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Proficiency with project-management tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software; experience with retail planning, design, or asset-management platforms is a plus.
