We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager – Beauty to support and optimize daily operations across key wholesale accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer goods environment and can effectively manage order flow, inventory coordination, data accuracy, and cross-functional communication. You will play a critical role in ensuring purchase orders are processed accurately, shipments are executed efficiently, retail requirements are met, and internal systems remain up to date.

- Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
- Location: DTLA (relocating to West Hollywood later this year)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchase order processing for B2B retail partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee EDI workflows, including validation, troubleshooting, and data maintenance
- Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory records across internal systems
- Coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and align with sales demand, launches, and replenishment needs
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, and distribution teams
- Serve as a key contact for retail accounts and distribution center coordination
- Generate and maintain reports on orders, inventory, and operational performance
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and retail partners to address operational needs
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or order management (beauty/CPG preferred)
- Experience supporting major retail accounts (e.g., Target, Ulta, Walmart, Costco, CVS)
- Hands-on experience with EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage high-volume, system-driven workflows with accuracy
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in the beauty industry preferred

- Korean language skills a plus!
- Experience with warehouse management systems and retail fulfillment
- Interest in K-beauty trends
