Retail Store Manager
A premium contemporary fashion brand is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its Pacific Palisades store. This role is ideal for a leader who brings strong retail management experience, a high-touch client approach, and the ability to drive both business results and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of the store
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create an exceptional client experience that builds loyalty and repeat business
- Build and maintain a personal client book, including VIP and repeat customers
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor store KPIs
- Champion CRM and clienteling strategies to strengthen customer retention
- Identify opportunities for local partnerships, community activations, and brand awareness
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory, receiving, loss prevention, and back-of-house organization
- Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and labor efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the store and corporate leadership
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of retail management experience within high-end, contemporary, or luxury fashion
- Boutique or single-door experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in client development and personal book building
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of designer and contemporary brands and current market trends
- Proven ability to develop and retain talent
