About the Opportunity

Join a fast-paced digital content team supporting an exciting corporation. The team produces executive communications, employee content, web experiences, editorial materials, and integrated campaigns through collaborative creative and production workflows.

As the Senior Content Publisher, you will lead publishing quality, accuracy, and delivery across enterprise content platforms. This hands-on player-coach role is ideal for a detail-oriented publishing leader who can guide a team, manage high-visibility releases, and uphold rigorous quality standards in a deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and prioritize work for a team of content publishing and digital experience professionals.

  • Own end-to-end quality assurance and quality control for web, internal communications, email, and digital content.

  • Manage complex, high-priority publishing releases across enterprise content management, employee communications, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Review published content against approved source materials, brand standards, accessibility expectations, and platform requirements.

  • Establish and maintain publishing standards, reusable templates, release procedures, and QA/QC checklists.

  • Serve as an escalation point for publishing discrepancies, delivery risks, and time-sensitive production issues.

  • Confirm that required legal, compliance, and substantiation approvals are complete before external content is released.

  • Partner with producers, content creators, editors, compliance stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate publishing requirements and dependencies.

  • Support troubleshooting of platform issues and collaborate with digital teams on technical resolutions.

  • Communicate publishing capacity, project status, risks, and operational needs to team leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 6–9+ years of experience in digital publishing, web production, content operations, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring publishers, coordinators, technical specialists, or production teams.

  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems, employee communications platforms, and marketing automation tools.

  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms and other enterprise content or communications technologies.

  • A demonstrated record of delivering accurate, high-visibility digital content under firm deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance and quality control.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and changing requirements.

  • Comfort partnering with technical teams to diagnose publishing and platform issues.

  • Sound judgment, calm decision-making, and strong accountability in quick-turn production environments.

  • A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style with the confidence to uphold quality standards.
