We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and executing best-in-class creative across digital, print, marketing, retail, and brand initiatives.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will lead projects from concept through final execution, ensuring all creative work is visually impactful, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through execution, delivering high-quality creative assets across digital, print, retail, and marketing channels.
- Develop visually compelling campaigns and brand communications that drive engagement and support business goals.
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate creative standards across all consumer touchpoints.
- Create and manage design systems, templates, and creative guidelines to streamline production and ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Present creative concepts and articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support campaign development through strong visual storytelling, art direction, and innovative design thinking.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continually elevate the brand’s creative output.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of professional graphic design experience within a brand, agency, or design studio environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, and art direction.
- Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and brand identity systems.
- Proven experience developing creative across digital, print, advertising, marketing, and promotional channels.
- Strong understanding of the creative development process from concept through final production.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and presenting creative concepts with confidence.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Expert-level retouching skills with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality visual execution and attention to detail.
- Passion for contemporary design trends and consumer culture, particularly within fashion, athletics, motorsports, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the motorsports industry or with automotive, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- Background in experiential, retail, or environmental design is a plus.
- Experience contributing to integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
