• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from talent discovery and outreach through launch, reporting, and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and industry partners.
• Develop compelling creator strategies that support product launches, brand priorities, and retail moments.
• Negotiate partnerships, content rights, licensing, and paid amplification opportunities.
• Manage a mix of paid, organic, affiliate, ambassador, and social commerce initiatives.
• Track campaign outcomes across engagement, reach, earned media value, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Partner closely with social, creative, PR, marketing, e-commerce, media, and retail teams.
• Bring strong leadership, organization, budget management, and a deep pulse on creator and platform trends.
