Job description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer health company on the search for an exceptional Senior Media Buyer to own and scale Meta performance across multiple international markets.

This isn’t a role for someone who manages agencies from afar or operates at a high level without getting into the details. We’re looking for a true operator—someone who lives in Meta Ads Manager, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to scale efficiently without sacrificing performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day execution of Meta campaigns across existing and new international markets
  • Manage campaign builds, audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing, and optimization directly within the platform
  • Scale spend while maintaining profitable CAC and ROAS targets
  • Develop clear hypotheses and make data-driven decisions around investment allocation
  • Partner closely with Creative to turn platform insights into actionable testing briefs
  • Design and execute rigorous creative testing frameworks to identify and scale winning concepts
  • Build reporting structures and forecasting processes leadership can rely on
  • Navigate the complexities of operating across multiple geographies, audiences, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain strong account hygiene and proactively adapt to platform changes and policy updates
  • Over time, expand into additional channels including Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate
  • Mentor and help build a high-performing media buying team as the organization grows

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience
  • Proven success personally managing $1M+ monthly Meta budgets for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Experience scaling acquisition while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Deep understanding of:
  • CBO vs. ABO strategies
  • Attribution and measurement nuances
  • Creative testing methodologies
  • Incrementality concepts and signal loss
  • Budget pacing and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to defend spend decisions using data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and structured operating habits
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, or affiliate channels
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and markets
  • Background in healthcare, telehealth, supplements, or other regulated categories
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing, geo holdouts, MMM, and post-purchase survey methodologies
  • Previous mentorship or people leadership experience
