Senior Specialist, Global Site Activation & Optimization

Our client is a leading global footwear and retail brand seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Site Activation & Optimization to support digital site and app experiences across international markets. This role will partner closely with regional teams to coordinate digital activations, support new product launches and promotions, and help ensure a seamless, high-quality ecommerce experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Regional Onsite Activation & Optimization Managers to coordinate and deliver digital activations across .com and app experiences.

• Support activation planning and execution for new product launches, promotions, content updates, and site merchandising initiatives.

• Develop and reinforce standardized processes, best practices, and quality assurance standards to drive operational excellence.

• Collaborate with UX, CX, Product, Technology, Merchandising, and Regional teams to support the consumer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to offshore execution teams, ensuring adherence to established processes and service levels.

• Monitor activation performance, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Support optimization of digital tools and platforms to improve execution efficiency and scalability.

• Contribute to scalable ways of working and the continued evolution of the global digital operating model.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce site operations and/or site merchandising.

• Previous project management experience within digital operations or ecommerce.

• Experience with SFCC, Contentstack, or Algolia is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

• Ability to effectively manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Curious, proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Experience working with global or cross-regional teams is a plus.

Role Logistics

• Start Date: ASAP – targeted August 18, 2026

• Duration: 12 months

• Schedule: 40 hours/week

• Location: Broomfield, CO

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite 3–4 days/week

• Hours: Monday–Friday, generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MT

• Flexibility: Occasional additional hours may be required to support collaboration across multiple time zones.

• Compensation: $28.17–$31.69/hour
