Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager, SEO & GEO to drive organic search performance across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. This role combines technical SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to improve visibility, traffic, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies across organic and AI-driven search platforms
Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities related to crawlability, site performance, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
Partner with Content, UX, Design, Product, and IT teams to optimize content and user experiences
Drive SEO and GEO initiatives across multiple digital properties and stakeholders
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, and Ahrefs
Build dashboards and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data
Stay current on AI search trends and emerging optimization best practices
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of SEO experience, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or multi-brand environments
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AI search optimization (GEO)
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and enterprise SEO platforms
Technical SEO knowledge including HTML, JavaScript, structured data, redirects, and site performance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in retail, grocery, consumer goods, or large-scale eCommerce environments
Familiarity with schema.org, JSON-LD, and structured data implementations
Experience with AI search optimization strategies and emerging search technologies
