About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Site Merchandising Contractor to support a short-term onsite engagement focused on improving product organization, merchandising operations, and digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize product feed structure by transitioning advertising feeds from SKU-level to category-level taxonomy
- Standardize product attributes and improve data quality processes to enhance filtering, discoverability, and site navigation
- Partner with copy and merchandising teams to strengthen product descriptions, style guides, and product specifications
- Maintain and evolve image style guide standards to ensure consistent visual presentation across channels
- Increase site merchandising efficiency through automation, including priority site updates and Airtable-based workflows
Preferred Background
- Experience in site merchandising, ecommerce operations, or digital merchandising
- Strong understanding of product taxonomy, catalog structure, and product data management
- Ability to improve product discoverability and customer navigation through merchandising best practices
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with copy, merchandising, and creative teams
- Comfort working with process automation tools, including Airtable or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-priority, fast-moving engagement
