About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a Site Operations Specialist for a 3-month contract supporting digital site operations, testing, content execution, and cross-functional launch readiness. This is an onsite role based in Portland, Oregon, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays after onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate site changes, feature launches, and technology releases.
- Support content publishing and site experience builds across digital channels.
- Identify, document, and help troubleshoot site issues, defects, and bugs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align on timelines, launch readiness, and deliverables.
- Manage project tracking and task workflows in Jira and related tools.
- Support promotional launches, site updates, and ad hoc merchandising requests.
- Maintain Airtable trackers and support operational workflow processes.
- Pull, organize, and interpret Adobe Analytics data for reporting and business insights.
Requirements
- Experience in site operations, e-commerce operations, digital production, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with UAT, QA validation, or website testing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience using Jira or similar project/task management tools.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and workflow management systems such as Airtable.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
