  • Actively foster conversation and connection with existing and new audiences.
  • Capture and create social-first photo and video content, both in-office and on-location as needed.
  • Assist in content ideation and planning to support ongoing storytelling, campaigns, and launches.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera when required for social content.
  • Support live content capture at events, shoots, and activations.
  • Support social growth and engagement initiatives in partnership with the Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to bring social strategy to life through consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Keep a pulse on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Monitor key organic social KPIs and assist with performance tracking and reporting.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

Proven ability to shoot and edit photo and video content tailored for social media.
  • An elevated eye for design, composition, and brand storytelling.
Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, creative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
A proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, CreatorIQ) is a plus.
