About the Role
Our client, a consumer lifestyle brand, is seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to own social strategy and daily channel execution. This role will serve as the primary in-house creator of social-first content, bringing fresh ideas to life across short-form video, static assets, creator partnerships, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong creative eye, deep familiarity with the creator landscape, and the ability to balance independent ownership with close collaboration across brand and creative teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, with clear goals for growth, engagement, and brand presence.
- Create compelling static and video concepts using existing brand imagery and new content opportunities.
- Serve as the primary in-house video creator, shooting and editing short-form, social-first content.
- Publish and schedule daily content across social platforms while maintaining a consistent cadence, voice, and visual standard.
- Build, maintain, and execute a content calendar in Figma; proactively identify scheduling gaps and upcoming content needs.
- Manage influencer gifting programs, including creator identification, outreach, product seeding, shipping coordination, and follow-up.
- Lead affiliate and creator partnership strategy, including product placement, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with creators who align with the brand’s aesthetic and audience.
- Manage community engagement across comments, direct messages, tags, and reshares, escalating time-sensitive issues as needed.
- Organize incoming user-generated content and coordinate live influencer and affiliate content.
- Support studio and on-location shoots by capturing behind-the-scenes and supplemental social content.
- Monitor channel performance and translate insights into ongoing content and strategy improvements.

- Professional social media experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute channel strategies.
- A strong creative eye and proven ability to develop engaging content concepts.
- Hands-on video shooting and editing capabilities for short-form social content.
- Deep knowledge of the creator, influencer, and social media landscape.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing content calendars and production workflows.
- A proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with affiliate platforms or creator-commerce programs is a plus.
