We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing organization seeking a strategic and creative Director of Social & Content to lead social media and content strategy across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who understands how to build meaningful brand presence through compelling storytelling, platform expertise, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to develop social strategies that drive both engagement and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing multiple brands or clients, strong creative instincts, and a track record of building high-performing social and content programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead social media and content strategy across multiple brands or business units
  • Define platform strategies, content pillars, brand voice, and storytelling frameworks
  • Provide creative direction and feedback across social campaigns, organic content, and creator initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to align content strategies with business objectives, product launches, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative, copy, design, and video teams to produce engaging, platform-optimized content
  • Establish best practices for community management and audience engagement
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure content performance and optimize strategy
  • Leverage performance insights to inform creative decisions and future campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to integrate social media with influencer, PR, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Stay current on emerging social platforms, content trends, and cultural moments
  • Evaluate tools, workflows, and external partners to improve scalability and execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing
  • Proven success developing and executing social and content strategies for consumer brands
  • Experience within an agency, multi-brand organization, or other fast-paced marketing environment preferred
  • Strong creative judgment with an eye for compelling content and cohesive brand storytelling
  • Deep understanding of today’s major social platforms, content formats, and creator landscape
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
