  • Partner with engineering, design, fabrication, and production teams to deliver buildable solutions
  • Support technical problem-solving, revisions, and process improvements throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional drafting or CAD experience
  • 3–5+ years of advanced SolidWorks experience
  • Experience leading drafting teams or managing drafting-heavy projects
  • Strong proficiency in detailed 2D drawing sets and complex 3D models
  • Knowledge of wood, metal, fabricated structures, and production-ready documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in live events, scenic fabrication, experiential builds, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, or related tools
  • Understanding of shop drawings, fabrication workflows, and production environments
  • Strong leadership and team development
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Confident decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
