Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Beauty
We are seeking an experienced product marketing leader to guide strategy and execution across a high-growth skincare and consumer wellness portfolio during a temporary assignment. This person will shape go-to-market plans, refine product narratives, support launches, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Create and lead marketing strategies for a portfolio of products and category initiatives.
- Own launch planning from early strategy through market rollout, including messaging, channel support, and commercialization planning.
- Build clear, differentiated product stories grounded in customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with teams across brand, sales, medical/regulatory, training, and digital to ensure alignment and execution.
- Translate market research and performance data into recommendations that improve product growth and campaign results.
- Develop sales support materials, product education content, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Help inform assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions through insight-driven analysis.
- Support internal readiness by equipping commercial teams with the tools and knowledge needed for successful launches.
- Manage several high-visibility initiatives at once while keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables on track.
- Identify ways to strengthen marketing processes, launch execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within skincare, beauty, personal care, or consumer health.
- Strong background in product positioning, launch planning, and portfolio marketing.
- Ability to turn data and market insights into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience developing collateral, training tools, and customer-facing marketing materials.
- Comfort operating as a strategic lead while also driving day-to-day execution.
