Senior Production Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to support end-to-end apparel production in a fast-moving fashion environment. This role will oversee production timelines from development turnover through final delivery, working closely with global factory partners and internal teams to keep programs on schedule and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee apparel production from pre-production through bulk completion and delivery.
- Track calendars, key milestones, and delivery targets across multiple styles and production cycles.
- Partner with overseas manufacturing teams to maintain timelines, address issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with design, technical design, development, logistics, and receiving teams throughout the production process.
- Monitor sample progress and help ensure materials and approvals are completed on time.
- Manage fabric and trim status, production readiness, and order follow-up.
- Support shipping coordination and work alongside logistics partners to help maintain delivery schedules.
- Maintain production tracking tools, status reports, and milestone updates for internal stakeholders.
- Identify delays or risks early and help drive solutions to keep production on track.
- Provide clear communication and regular updates to leadership regarding production progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of production experience within the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, imports, vendor management, and production workflow.
- Experience supporting high-volume style counts and multiple seasonal deliveries.
- Ability to manage several priorities at once with strong accuracy and follow-through.
- Effective communication skills and confidence working with international factory partners.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
