  • Drive sourcing strategy: Build category strategies and sourcing roadmaps informed by spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier capabilities, contract timelines, benchmarking, and business priorities.
  • Manage supplier and contract negotiations: Lead or support negotiations for marketing and advertising agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, commercial terms, and supplier performance expectations.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams; translate business objectives into actionable sourcing plans and supplier strategies.
  • Prepare executive-ready recommendations: Develop clear deal summaries, presentations, and decision materials outlining recommendations, tradeoffs, savings opportunities, risks, financial impact, and required approvals.
  • Support category planning: Develop annual and multi-year sourcing plans aligned to budget cycles, business priorities, savings targets, supplier roadmaps, and upcoming contract expirations.
  • Identify and manage risk: Proactively identify commercial, supplier, operational, and compliance risks; develop mitigation plans and escalate decision points with recommended solutions.
  • Optimize enterprise spend: Identify opportunities to leverage spend across business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Operationalize supplier awards: Support stakeholder adoption, supplier governance, performance management, and realization of negotiated value.
  • Build strong relationships: Establish credibility and trust with internal partners and suppliers through consistent communication, strong project execution, and collaborative problem-solving.
