We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, team leadership, and a strategic approach to building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Lead hiring strategy across retail and corporate functions
• Partner with leaders to support business growth and hiring plans
• Manage recruitment operations, metrics, and process improvement
• Coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience

What you bring

• 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience
• 5+ years leading a recruiting team
• Experience recruiting for both frontline and corporate roles
• Strong data, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of ATS tools and U.S. hiring compliance

This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity. The team works in office five days per week, with in-person collaboration as a key part of the role.
