Role Overview:
Our client, a well known brand, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join the Design Team.
The ideal applicant will play a crucial role in supporting design and ensuring that our creative visions translate seamlessly into high quality garments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and create accurate technical packages.
2. Work closely with Design team to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
3. Provide technical expertise during the design pass off, advising on construction techniques, fabrications, and finishing details.
4. Evaluate proto samples ensuring they align with design intent and quality standards.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturing processes to continually enhance product quality and efficiency.

Experience/ Skills & Knowledge: ·

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Technical Fashion Design
· 3-7 years of experience in design/technical design field
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
· Exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
· Computer Skills: PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, or other systems as needed a plus
· Fast acting and adaptable to change.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
