Technical Design Assistant

We are looking for a General Assistant / Associate in Technical Design to support a fast-paced apparel team focused on Gen Z brands for major retail partners.

This person should have experience in fast fashion and a strong understanding of the technical design process. Private label experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment, and confident creating clear, accurate development materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the technical design team throughout product development
• Create and update tech packs for development and production
• Prepare Illustrator sketches and detailed garment specifications
• Track revisions, comments, and approvals across styles
• Partner with internal teams to help move product from concept to execution
• Maintain organized files and follow up on deliverables in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical design within apparel
• Fast fashion background preferred
• Private label experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience building and managing tech packs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment
