Overview
We are seeking a Video Producer/Videographer to join a collaborative and creative team focused on producing high-quality video content across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on production professional with expertise in filming, editing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about creating engaging content from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and edit video content from concept through final delivery
Lead studio and on-location shoots, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and directing
Collaborate with writers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop compelling visual stories
Create storyboards, shot lists, and production plans
Manage production schedules, equipment, and project logistics
Edit footage, color correct, mix audio, and create motion graphics as needed
Produce a variety of content including interviews, testimonials, executive communications, podcasts, and event coverage
Ensure all content aligns with brand, creative, and technical standards
Support content publishing and distribution across digital and internal channels
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in video production, videography, or media creation
Degree, diploma, or equivalent training in Media Production, Film, Broadcasting, or a related field
Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing production and editing work
Advanced knowledge of camera systems, lighting, audio equipment, and video production techniques
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder
Experience with green screen production and post-production workflows
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in a corporate or regulated environment
Motion graphics and animation experience
Familiarity with transcription, captioning, and digital distribution workflows
Experience with livestreams, podcasts, or event production
Additional Requirements
Valid Canadian passport
Ability to travel as required
