Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring merchandise is received, organized, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming merchandise
- Pick and pack wholesale, retail store, and e-commerce orders accurately
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and organizing cartons for pickup
- Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product locations
- Assist with inventory counts and help identify discrepancies
- Process and organize returns and incoming transfers
- Ensure merchandise is handled carefully and packaged according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Communicate inventory, shipping, or receiving issues to management
- Support the team during high-volume periods, launches, and seasonal deliveries
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational needs as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move boxes and be on your feet throughout the workday
- Familiarity with Shopify or inventory/warehouse systems is a plus
