A leading cosmetics and beauty brand is seeking a motivated Videographer / Video Editor to support a fast-paced creative team producing high-quality content across multiple digital and social platforms. This is a hands-on post-production role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, fashion, and culture-driven content.
What You’ll Do:
- Support senior editors and creative leadership in shaping video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand films, sizzle reels, and case studies.
- Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established post-production workflows.
- Build rough cuts, string-outs, and assemblies based on creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems.

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance to lead and oversee the regulatory and quality assurance functions within our dynamic beauty brand. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring that all new and revised products comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements both domestically and internationally to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formalize and maintain clear, simple processes and procedures to ensure operational consistency and effectiveness.
- Validate equipment, process, and product changes from a quality perspective.
- Manage the site internal audit program to ensure compliance with quality systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with training for the operations team.
Regulatory Duties
- Perform formula regulatory reviews for domestic, international, and marketplace compliance.
- Review product labels, claims, and promotional materials for regulatory adherence.
- Advise on regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle including import/export regulations.
- Prepare submissions to regulatory bodies such as the FDA and other authorities.

Quality Assurance Duties

In this role, you will own the end-to-end Ulta P&L and be responsible for strategy and execution of levers to drive sell-through and sell-in to hit growth goals. As part of this role, you will lead strategy planning of the account, including planning of launches and assortment changes, off-shelf opportunities, promotional planning, visual merchandising, and retail marketing.
This position will allow you to drive and deliver a sustainable growth plan for the brand in Ulta, as well as driving day-to-day execution, in addition to managing both retail sales and net sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
