What you’ll do
- Design wireframes in Figma for marketing and product landing pages
- Manage and update wireframes and page designs specifically for A/B testing, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of high-performance, fully transactional webpages and landing experiences
- Work closely with analytics teams to interpret data and translate insights into user flows, layouts, and design hypotheses
- Create digital and print assets: social posts, web banners, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Develop ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and affiliate campaigns
- Design visuals for landing pages, email templates, and customer journeys
- Edit and lightly retouch product photography
- Guard and evolve a consistent brand identity across all channels
Partner with marketing, product, analytics & content
- Shape creative and UX direction by contributing to and reviewing briefs and experiment roadmaps
- Collaborate with analytics teams to design test variations (copy, layout, visuals, UX flows) and iterate based on performance data
- Leverage AI tools and your interest in health & wellness to ideate hooks, visuals, layouts, and user journeys
- Collaborate with social teams on organic and paid content design
- Design influencer and affiliate materials: mockups, one-sheets, banners
- Create partner- or influencer-specific landing pages and promo assets optimized for conversion
- Produce graphics for short-form content and support basic video edits for Reels and TikToks
- Maintain the digital asset library and visual brand guidelines
UI/UX, eCommerce & CRO ownership
- Lead UX for key e-commerce flows (homepage, PDPs, PLPs, cart, checkout, subscriptions, account experiences)
- Map and refine user journeys from paid media through landing pages to purchase and post-purchase flows
- Design mobile-first, responsive layouts with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Plan and execute iterative A/B and multivariate tests across pages and components to improve CVR, AOV, and retention
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering or no-code web builders to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
Support cross-functional projects
- QA live pages to ensure visuals are accurate, on-brand, responsive, and perform as expected across devices
- Elevate presentations, investor decks, and partnership materials
- Contribute to packaging, unboxing experiences, and print collateral
- Help coordinate and support photoshoots and content capture sessions
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with significant hands-on UI/UX work for e-commerce or transactional websites
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end design for high-performance webpages (research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, QA)
- Experience partnering with analytics or growth teams to run A/B tests and optimize pages for conversion
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Comfort working with social media formats and performance marketing creatives
- Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Exceptional organization and an eye for visual and interaction detail
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity is a plus

In this highly visible role, you will lead the end-to-end packaging design lifecycle—from concept through production—while managing a talented creative team and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. What You’ll Do:
- Lead packaging creative design and production for multiple brands and licensees, from initial concept to final physical proofs.
- Oversee the full packaging lifecycle, including design, structure, substrate choices, and production of collateral.
- Manage and develop a team of (4) experienced packaging designers and (2) project managers, with dotted-line oversight of photo editing.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging is on-brand, functional, cost-effective, and compliant with sustainability and regulatory requirements.
- Assess, prioritize, and reassign workload and resources as needed to keep projects on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Collaborate with global vendors and navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments, particularly within club wholesale or similar fast-fashion channels.
- Report into the Acting CMO and Creative Director, Marketing Services, acting as a key leader within the creative organization.
