About the Role

We are seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is suited for someone with approximately 2 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or account management, who is ready to take ownership of buyer relationships, manage showroom presentations, and play a critical role in driving growth for our brand.

As the key client-facing member of the sales team, you will work with major and specialty retailers, handling showroom appointments, follow-ups, and account development. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Operations & CRM Analyst to ensure that prospecting, reporting, and data analysis support your sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Showroom & Buyer Engagement
    • Host and manage showroom appointments during buying seasons
    • Deliver compelling presentations of the collection to buyers
    • Support off-season outreach through virtual appointments and remote line reviews
  2. Account Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts, focusing on customer service and long-term growth
    • Follow up with buyers post-appointments to finalize orders and negotiate terms
    • Define and manage “major accounts” based on order value, frequency, or strategic importance
  3. Collaboration & Strategy
    • Partner with the junior analyst to ensure leads are properly qualified and prioritized
    • Use merchandise and market analysis to tailor pitches for each account
    • Share insights with marketing, PR, and influencer teams to align messaging across departments
  4. Reporting & Feedback
    • Provide feedback on collection performance to internal teams
    • Support post-campaign reviews by contributing account-specific insights
    • Track sales performance against targets

Head of Production Patternmaker Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Raw Materials, Quality Control, and Production to ensure design integrity and feasibility in manufacturing
  • Deliver assignments on schedule in accordance with the production calendar and manage the team to be aligned
  • Lead, train, and mentor team: providing hands-on guidance, technical support, and regular feedback to maintain high standards and foster team development
  • Oversee and review the work of team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

    Head of Production Patternmaker Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel industry
    • Strong technical expertise across a range of categories, with a focus on tailoring
    • Proficiency in patternmaking CAD software: Gerber Lectra (preferred)
    • Strong computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor others
    • In-depth knowledge of fabric behavior and performance in mass production
