Event Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Project Manager to oversee the planning and coordination of dynamic events from concept through final execution readiness. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at balancing logistics, timelines, vendor management, and client expectations while keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
The Event Project Manager will play a central role in pre-production, ensuring every event is thoughtfully planned, clearly documented, and fully prepared for onsite success. The right candidate brings a strong foundation in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead event planning and pre-production efforts from kickoff through execution handoff
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to define goals, scope, and event requirements
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, production schedules, and planning documents
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, caterers, and service providers to align logistics and deliverables
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution
- Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to maintain project momentum
- Ensure all permits, contracts, approvals, and compliance requirements are handled appropriately
- Partner with onsite teams to support a seamless transition from planning to live event execution
- Facilitate post-event evaluations and recommend process improvements for future programs
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal collaborators

- Experience in event management, project management, production coordination, or a related field

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline
