About the Role:
This role will serve as a key operational partner supporting day-to-day merchandise operations, sales support, and order flow management for a growing division. Reporting into the VP of Operations, this person will act as a central point of contact across sales, warehouse, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution, strong communication, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accurate order entry, processing, maintenance, and updates while ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements
• Oversee order allocation and warehouse flow to support fulfillment accuracy and shipping timelines
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for Sales Representatives, providing updates, troubleshooting support, and issue resolution
• Present weekly operational recaps to the sales team, including product availability, shipping updates, order corrections, and key business updates
• Analyze operational data and reporting to support business decisions and process improvements
• Support standardization and documentation of operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, operations, finance, and customer support teams
Qualifications:
• 2–3+ years of experience in merchandise operations, sales support, wholesale coordination, or order management
• Luxury, fashion, jewelry, wholesale apparel, or premium consumer goods experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills are required and will be tested
