Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Work under minimal supervision to create and execute collaborative communication plans targeted to external customer audiences.
- Intake, assess, and prioritize communication requests; define scope, timelines, audiences, key messages, approvers, and distribution methods.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed.

Planning & Measurement

- Measure, analyze, and report on project results; provide tactical and emerging strategic recommendations based on data.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a key partner to assigned business areas by listening to requirements, understanding processes and products, and translating them into effective communications.
- Lead and manage weekly Portfolio Customer Communication projects, including:
- New Product Introduction (NPI) launches
- Product phase in/phase out communications
- System or process change notifications
- Pricing and commercial updates
- Drive end-to-end execution of these initiatives, including drafting content, coordinating reviews, incorporating updates, managing approvals, and scheduling releases.
- Provide clear, proactive project updates and status reporting to business teams and leaders.
- Take ownership for identifying and resolving communications issues for assigned projects.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Actively participate in daily team meetings, sharing current work, risks, and dependencies, and offering support to peers during periods of high volume.
