Our client is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to join their high-performing Integrated Marketing Communications team on a temporary basis.

This role will provide maternity leave coverage and play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement, product awareness, and brand growth across multiple channels.

Our client, a well known name in the personal care space is looking for a CRM and MarTech Specialist. This is a remote freelance position for 4 months (3 days a week) starting early November. Must be US based and be able to work EST hours.

The Responsibilities:
• Manage marketing technology platforms and systems, including Martech tools, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. This includes vendor and agency calls and management.
• Develop strategies for improving data infrastructure, creating and maintaining seamless integration across Martech components, and defining / refining requirements for multi-channel CRM initiatives.
• Oversee the enhancement of audience segmentation within CRM channels to deliver highly targeted, data-driven marketing efforts. Partner with the data team to identify any needs for activation and effective targeting.
• Regularly analyze and report on CRM data (including campaign performance and consumer, conversion, and retention KPIs) and tie those to real business outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in CRM and Martech, providing insights and recommendations to digital team counterparts and cross-functional teams
• Audit and recommend optimizations for sophisticated, multi-channel customer journeys that deliver personalized experiences at scale. Map out customer touchpoints, deliver relevant content and offers, and automate pathways based on user behavior and intent across email, SMS, and on-site.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and stay current on Klaviyo and Attentive features and marketing automation trends.

The Requirements/Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology in e-commerce or direct to consumer companies.
• Experience with enterprise-level CRM and e-commerce platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify required) and a strong technical understanding of how those platforms work and integrate with additional internal and third-party tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization logic, and cross-channel campaign orchestration.
• Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
