Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Event Producer to join our team and support the operational logistics process.
As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of varying scales; managing all aspects of the event production process, from initial concept and planning to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
Your role involves strategizing, coordinating, leading and managing venue and vendor partners, staff, as well as optimizing production while ensuring efficient logistics management and collaborating with cross-functional departments to anticipate and mitigate potential risks during the planning and execution phases.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand event goals and requirements; supporting pitches and event briefs
- Responsible for leading the planning and execution of events across experiential activations, corporate and social events
- Manage, prioritize and oversee events advising on logistics development through initial briefing to reconciliation
- Lead project management tasks such as tracking budgets and project deliverables
- Maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies
- Create comprehensive event plans, including timelines and task assignments
- Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions are obtained for the event
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of services
- Lead and manage pre-production and onsite event staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively for seamless and timely execution.
- Address unforeseen challenges and troubleshoot issues that arise during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event against established goals; gathering feedback from stakeholders and team members for future improvement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, venues and suppliers

- A strong event production portfolio and sense of style
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event production.
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
- Experience with project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

Position: Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads)
Our client builds some of America’s most recognized health & wellness brands. Their innovative content empowers people to make smarter health decisions, and their brands collectively generate more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
Location: Remote (working Pacific Coast time)
Salary:$85-95k
As a Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads), you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of our Facebook ad campaigns. This includes developing and testing new ads and targeting strategies, launching and managing campaigns, and scaling budgets while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize spend for sales growth while meeting strict ROI targets.
- Drive the development of high-converting ad creatives by collaborating with copywriters and video teams, ensuring fresh creative assets are available for testing each week.
- Continuously generate ideas, implement A/B tests for creatives and targeting, and measure results to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all campaigns—including weekends and holidays—to ensure consistent ROI and rapidly address any performance changes.
- Track and analyze campaign results regularly, preparing performance reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot obstacles to scaling ad spend effectively.
- Stay current on our offers, industry best practices in paid social media, and competitive trends.
- Contribute to the ongoing innovation and enhancement of team systems, campaign processes, and launch flows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven results.
- Direct experience managing daily ad budgets of $15K or more.
- Skilled in developing creative ad angles that drive conversions on Facebook.
- Background in direct-to-consumer marketing is preferred.
- Able to manage multiple projects efficiently; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Interest in digital media within the health & wellness or personal development sectors is a plus.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
- Eagerness to learn new concepts and adapt quickly to new systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player who can also excel independently.
- Proficient in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (EVENTS)
LOCATION: NYC (ONSITE MON-THU)
