Recognition reflects Geary’s leadership in expanding 24 Seven’s international footprint across EMEA, APAC and LatAm
NEW YORK, July 30, 2026 – 24 Seven, one of the nation’s largest privately held marketing, creative, and digital talent solutions firms, announced today that Peter Geary, Vice President and General Manager of EMEA, APAC and LatAm, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 Staffing 100 Europe list for the third consecutive year. The honour recognises Geary’s influence in the global talent solutions space and highlights 24 Seven’s sustained international growth.
The Staffing 100 Europe list recognises executives within the European staffing market who have made significant impacts on their companies or the broader industry, from spearheading growth across complex markets and geographies to championing technology transformations and building high-performing cultures. The list is not a ranking but a look at the most influential people shaping the European staffing landscape.
Under Geary’s leadership, 24 Seven’s international footprint has expanded to 27 countries across APAC, EMEA and LatAm, contributing to a 52% year-over-year revenue increase for the company’s international division in 2025. He has also strengthened collaboration between 24 Seven’s UK and US business units, scaling global client delivery and helping the company reach an 81% job fill rate through expanded nearshore and offshore capabilities. That focus on operational alignment, training and knowledge sharing across regions has driven staff retention to 83%.
