Job description
We are seeking a Director, Project Management to join our US Delivery team. The right candidate should have a proven record of leading teams and delivering fully integrated digital campaigns in an agency setting.
As Director, Project Management, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a portfolio of digital projects executed by you and your team of project managers. You will follow established processes to lead both client and project teams through the full project lifecycle.
With strong attention to detail, process control and an ability to cascade motivation to your team, you will establish yourself as a leader not only on the projects you manage, but within the US region.
REQUIRED
•Relevant and substantial experience, ideally 7+ years as a Sr. Digital Project Manager in a client facing environment
•Ability to lead delivery of large, complex, multi-faceted digital projects
•Ability to manage 3rd party suppliers and vendors
•Ability to line manage team of up to 5 FTEs
•Knowledge of paid media, search engine optimization (SEO) and analytics
•Very strong team and client leadership skills, using assertiveness where required
•Ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders, including expectations
•Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong numerical, written oral presentation and facilitation skills
•Highly process-oriented, organized, and attentive to detail
•Ability to proactively recommend or adapt delivery methodology for project type
•Excellent working knowledge of project management tools
•Consistency in approach, best practices and team management
DESIRABLE
•Formal project management qualification, such as PMP and/or Scrum Master Certification, or leadership certification
•Experience working at a marketing agency
•Mavenlink, Jira and Confluence experience
•Financial accounting principles with ability to effect positive change on numbers
•Knowledge of CMS technologies (Drupal and SiteCore preferable)
•Experience working with remote project teams
