Operations Manager Overview:
As the Operations Manager you will facilitate and analyze the ability of teams to accelerate program growth.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
• Analyze business insights and support teams to increase efficiency, productivity and scalability.
• Optimize operational processes and automation.
• Define and oversee CRM strategy and formulate KPIs
• Manage forecast, segmentation and own pipeline process
Operations Manager Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in sales operations, management and planning
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Google Docs and Pipedrive
• Bachelor’s degree ; Master’s / MBA is preferred
