As the Product Marketing Operations Specialist you are part of the team that brings to life compelling product stories that drive brand affinity for the brand in the Americas. It is your role to drive operational excellence in the product marketing space, supporting the team through the GTM process and for stories that fall outside of the GTM process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regional Product Marketing Smart sheet
Support with NPI and providing updates as products are delayed so we can adjust marketing support accordingly
Schedule and update agenda for Monthly Product Marketing touch base – Merch/Global Product Marketing/Americas Marketing
Partner with product marketing leads to track progress of projects and informing stakeholders on timing, status, approvals including scheduling key milestones with cross-functional partners.
Order/track/and organize product for seasonal shoots
Support budget/MAP planning/and invoice processing
Update GTM materials based on strategic direction from product marketing team
Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, operations, project management, or as a content producer.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of administrative and business practices and procedures in a large-scale, complex organization preferably at a lifestyle brand or creative agency.
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented and able to effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
• Proficient in tracker software/project management programs.
