Hours per week: 24 (3 full 8-hour days)
Location: Onsite 3 days/week 8:30am-5pm (Tues/Thurs required, 3rd day flexible)
Pay rate: $20+/hr DOE
One of our advertising agency clients is looking for a part-time Accounting Coordinator to join their team for a short-term role covering an employee going on maternity leave.
This Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for hand keying invoices and processing high-volume account payables and receivables.
Ideal Accounting Coordinator candidates will have:
- 1-2+ years of accounting and finance related experience
- BA degree in accounting preferred
- Proven experience handling account payables, receiveables, and invoice processing
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books or other similar accounting software/tools
- Strong communicator, fast learner, and team player; the ideal person will come in with a can-do attitude, be excited to learn new processes, and work well with others
- Organized and detail oriented, able to self manage and check own work
