Job Description/Duties- Pick up packages and mail from the mail room
- Ensure all samples are put away and organized in office bins
- Maintain an inventory of samples with corresponding locations
- Arrange travel accommodations for employees
- Print, Scan and File documents as needed
- Ensure office remains clean and organized
- Order suppliers and maintain proper levels
- Pack, send, and track samples to customers as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects and work with the team as requests arise
- Managing the team’s calendar and creating meetings accordingly
- Data entry with experience in MS Excel and Google workspace environments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-starter attitude
- Detail oriented, highly organized, excellent follow-up skills
- Attention to detail with solid analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Must enjoy working in a cohesive team environment and be able to collaborate with other departments/individuals
Looking for someone on-site 3-4 days/week on site & remote the remaining 1-2 days. Client is located in Long Island City.
